Términos y condiciones de los certificados y paquetes vacacionales de Travelmania LLC d/b/a Travel Cloud.

1) Acceptance of Terms

By redeeming or using this certificate, you acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions stated here.

2) Airfare Not Included

This package does not include airfare, so you can book flights based on your schedule and preferences.

3) Issuing Entity

Travelmania LLC, which operates as Travel Cloud, officially issued this travel certificate.

4) Validity Period

Your package is valid for the period stated on your certificate from the date of purchase. Travel can be booked for any available date within that time—no blackout periods exist.

5) Reservation Policy

All bookings are based on room availability at participating partner properties. Please contact our concierge department.

6) Transferability

This certificate is fully transferable to someone over 18 with valid identification.

7) Certificate Usage Guidelines

Vacation certificates cannot be combined, exchanged for other offers, or used to extend a previous reservation or certificate.

8) One Certificate Per Household

Only one certificate may be redeemed per household.

9) Guest Capacity

Packages are designed for up to four (4) guests, depending on the destination. Additional guests may be accommodated for an extra fee when booking.

10) International Travel Requirements

International travelers are responsible for ensuring they have all legally required documentation for entry.

11) Reservation Process & Inclusions

Once your certificate is activated, our travel advisors will help you find the best available dates and process your reservation. Meals and transportation are not included unless stated, allowing you to customize your experience.

12) Booking Fees

When booking, a reservation fee may be applied per package to cover processing and service.

13) Hotel Deposit

Hotels may request a refundable deposit upon check-in to cover potential incidentals, refundable at checkout per hotel policy.

15) Refund Policy

This certificate is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

16) Modification Authority

These terms may not be modified or waived unless authorized in writing by a corporate officer of Travelmania LLC, 1001 Brickell Bay Dr., Suite 2700, Miami, FL 33131.

17) Authorized Sales Channel

Travelmania LLC d/b/a Travel Cloud may only sell and fulfill this package.

18) Legal Compliance

The use of this certificate is governed by all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited.
